70% lower operating costs through concentrate recovery
Approximately 75% of the concentrate from the main stage can be reused. This is treated and fed into the municipal water supply as a substitute for municipal water. This saves approximately 70% of the fresh water and wastewater costs of RO.

60% lower energy costs thanks to frequency-controlled
pumps
Frequency-controlled pumps enable the system to operate in a highly energy-efficient manner. This allows pressure and temperature fluctuations in the inlet water to be smoothed out as much as possible, saving up to 60% in energy costs at the outset.

Protection against hard water thanks to
automatic soft water monitoring
(SWM-A)
The SWM-A monitors the water hardness in a pipe. If hard water is detected in the pipe, the device emits a warning signal. This protects sensitive consumers such as reverse osmosis systems or steam boilers from hard water.

Reverse osmosis with concentrate recovery
Reverse osmosis systems with concentrate recovery are suitable for recovering concentrate from reverse osmosis systems. The yield of a system with a concentrate stage is between 90% and 95%.
The resulting product water is fed in as a substitute for municipal water/soft water. The existing concentrate pressure is further utilized and brought to the required operating pressure by an additional pump. The second pump allows the main stage to operate independently of the concentrate stage. This enables us to achieve maximum operational reliability.
In addition, the permeate quality is improved by concentrate recovery. This is because the conductivity of the permeate from the second stage has a lower LF than the municipal water it replaces.

Automatic soft water monitoring (SWM-A)
The device monitors the water hardness in a pipe, protecting soft water consumers from hard water. The process The SWM-A is equipped with a hardness sensor as a detector. After a hardness breakthrough is detected, the device displays a hardness message. The sensor is reactivated by flushing with brine. A multi-way valve with injector is integrated into the device for this purpose. Brine consumption is very low.
No other chemicals are required. The SWM-A is equipped with an electronic control system that can be flexibly adjusted for various applications.
