Services and experience
in water treatment for surface treatment

To prevent residues from forming on surfaces during washing and cleaning, the water must be as pure as possible and have low conductivity values. Processes in the coating or paint shop must be silicone-free.

If treated water is used in cleaning processes, considerable time savings can also be achieved during work. Osmosis water means that surfaces do not need to be dried after washing cars or cleaning parts, for example. In addition to saving working time, treated water offers many other advantages that facilitate industrial cleaning and can save costs in the long term.

Water treatment for paint factory

Water treatment for a paint factory near Stuttgart.

The requirement was for product water to be used for mixing paints and varnishes.

A system consisting of softening and reverse osmosis was supplied, which was constructed in a completely silicone-free design. All components were dismantled and cleaned or replaced with silicone-free parts.

Water treatment for parts cleaning or coating

Water treatment for parts cleaning or coating requires process water with low conductivity so that no residues remain on the parts to be cleaned after cleaning. This is achieved through a combination of softening and reverse osmosis.

If the parts are coated or painted, the process must be silicone-free, otherwise “craters” will form in the paint.

To achieve silicone-free status, all components are disassembled and cleaned or replaced with silicone-free parts.
