Single systems with central control valve
We offer fully automatic, sensor-controlled water softening systems for producing soft water with a residual hardness of less than 0.1 °dH, using the neutral exchange process with a strong acid cation exchanger. Regeneration is carried out with common salt. Regeneration is triggered fully automatically depending on quality by means of hard water sensors; manual intervention is possible.
Quality control with hard water sensors ensures a high level of reliability in the soft water supply. At the same time, the maximum available capacity is utilized, enabling the best possible use of regeneration agents.

Countercurrent regeneration is a particularly gentle regeneration process in which operation takes place from top to bottom and regeneration from bottom to top. This allows for significantly more efficient regeneration, saving 50% on salt and wastewater while simultaneously achieving the best soft water quality below 0.1 °dH.
