Dual water softening systems with central control valve
We offer fully automatic, sensor-controlled water softening systems for producing soft water with a residual hardness of less than 0.1 °dH, using the neutral ion exchange process with a strongly acidic cation exchanger. Regeneration is carried out with table salt. Regeneration is triggered fully automatically based on water quality using hard water sensors; manual intervention is also possible.
Quality control using hard water sensors ensures a high level of reliability in the softened water supply. At the same time, the maximum available capacity is utilized, thus enabling the best possible use of regenerant.

Countercurrent regeneration (UF) is a particularly gentle regeneration process in which operation takes place from top to bottom and regeneration from bottom to top. This allows for significantly more efficient regeneration, saving 50% on salt and wastewater while simultaneously achieving the best soft water quality below 0.1 °dH.
